I went with Bennett on his field trip to the Arboretum. We visited the bee center.

In the evening, Caroline took a bath. She found it hilarious to shoot the water gun into her belly button






Then we tried to roll her hair for bedtime, to see if it'd be curly in the morning, but it fell out during the night:


Saturday




We finally put on a dress that Grandma bought, complete with an odd hat. To my surprise, Caroline wore the hat. It was pretty adorable.

Dragon House

In July, the Dragon House finally closed its door, which is really sad, but also due time, as I think everyone was ready to move on. We went to take pictures of the kids, before the keys were turned over to the new owners. It's really sad knowing the kids won't have any memories of this place, where so many of our childhood memories took place. They won't know how loved the restaurant was by the community. Even as we were taking pictures outside, someone passed and asked if it was closed, then added how sad he was to hear that he couldn't eat there anymore. It would've been nice for them to experience the impact the restaurant had for so many involved.
