Took Bennett to the doctor and found out it's just a virus. The ONE time we try to be proactive and check on his ears for an infection... They're totally fine. Every other time we've brought him in for something else and it's always a ear infection. Stupid. At least he doesn't have an ear infection, I guess.

In other news he had to STAND on the scale today. Our baby is actually growing up. So sad! 24.8 lbs and 3 days shy of 18 months.

We also found out we never scheduled a 18 month appt and the first openings they have are at the end of September so it's be 19 months instead. However the doctor needed to pick some wax out of his ears. He's done this a few times before and is really good about laying still. The doctor was really impressed and said he puts all the other toddlers to shame... And is even better at the wax picking than some teens she has seen. She says she was really impressed with what a calm kid we have!
