January 23: Bennett had another swim lesson. He already advanced so much from his first lesson and was able to go under the water once. He looked so much more comfortable than in his first class.

 January 27: With the Super Bowl in town, we decided to be festive and check out the Super Bowl Live event happening on Nicollet Mall. We were hesitant to make the trip because it was cold, plus going into Downtown is never on the top of our list. We made it to the event right at 10 when it opened for the day, so the crowd was very light. The plan to arrive early was probably our best idea of the day. Overall we had a ton of fun, with minimal waiting for the first hour. Bennett has on board to try anything and everything, even waiting in line for 25 minutes to jump into a foam pit. Caroline, on the other hand, was not in the best of moods and was angry at everything, despite having tons of treats to eat.

We left the Super Bowl event after 2.5 hours because Caroline had ballet. She was TIRED, but at least sat by her classmates during class...

Exhausted after brunch
