Saturday

We had a fun day with friends today. Bennett and I started off the morning by making pancakes. He helped me dump in ingredients and mix. Then we met friends at the splash pad but it was too cold to get in so the kids played at the playground and we had a picnick. Caroline wasn't feeling so well when we got there but was looking a lot better by the time we left. 

Then Caroline and I went shopping. 

We got her a crown for her birthday... Because we had tried it on previously and I regretted not getting it, and then we saw it again so it was clearly meant to be! 

Then we went to a friends house for dinner and I had my first gin and tonic.
