Last weekend

Caroline and I spent Friday night and all day Saturday at grandma and grandpas since Joel and Bennett went to New London.

Grandpa read to Bennett the night before deer hunting.

Daddy got a buck 30 minutes after he got to the stand!

And here comes grandpa to look at daddy's buck.

Bennett played with his cousins and uncle Kyle all day.

Joel and Bennett came back late Saturday night so Sunday we had a family day. Bennett got a haircut.

He kept asking for "spiky hair like Miss. Donna's," who is his teacher. An odd request but I guess it means he likes her, but that is what he got.

We went for lunch at the Surly Brewery.

Then stopped by the Sculpture Garden in the way home. It was the most perfect fall afternoon to be outside.

This is what happens when you tell Bennett to hold Caroline's hand. (He definitely likes to do what he is told)

It was so beautiful out, especially with the falling leaves. There were so many people taking family photos I really regret not thinking ahead and doing Christmas card photos there.
