Thursday afternoon Bennett had his 3 year old checkup. We were actually super excited for this appointment, because we wanted to talk to the doctor about Caroline and the ENT.

Bennett got his blood pressure taken for the first time

The doctor said the ENT was probably just scrambling because usually tubes work, and now that they don't work, he doesn't know what options to take. He suggested not doing the blood and immuno work because kids with immuno problems are usually so sick they're in the ER all the time. Caroline is sick a lot, but not THAT sick. He said he should get a second option, so we made an appointment and are waiting for that. In terms of Bennett all looks good. He's average in height, but his BMI is a little high. Nothing to be concerned with, but the doctor said we can take him off of whole milk products. He also said Bennett's speech is really great. We hear this from a lot of people, but obviously hearing it from the doctor is the best validation. He said he expects to understand about 50% of what 3 year olds say, but he can understand pretty much all of what Bennett says. Good job, Bennett!

After the doctor, we went to dinner, then stopped by a store. Caroline was enamored with some sparkly silver shoes. She really loves clothing.
