We decided to have a Valentine's dinner at home, complete with chocolate covered strawberries and desserts from Byerly's.

The children were most excited about the strawberries, however, Caroline quickly and cleverly discovered she could just eat the chocolate and discard the strawberry.

From Bennett's teacher: The children did a Science Experiment using baking soda, didh soap, vinegar and red food coloring. We mixed the food coloring, dish soap, vinegar a mixed it up. The children took syringes to drop the liquids into the cookie cutters with baking soda. The result was a rising red heart.
